I have three blocks to work on for my CQ Group, as there is no Meeting for April and This 16 month RR ends in May. Also, I've been working a CQ Class with StitchMap, and I've finally finished stitching and beading the Thread Roll, I thought I'd show you my block for that class.
Although I have to finish the "E" in the upper right corner, it is not a requirement, so I've put that on hold for a week, while I finish up on the blocks for the CQJP.
Having finally completed the January Block, I thought I'd share with you the first of 12 blocks for the Journal.
I'm really happy with the way it has turned out. Now, two more to do before April and I'll be good to go, caught up and ready to complete the SitichMap Course, RR Blocks and on to personal projects.
Ok, on to the next CQJP block!
What is Stitch Map?
ReplyDeleteAmy, it is a Mentor and Apprentice Yahoo site. They offer classes (free of charge) to individuals who would like to learn new Stitching techniques or styles.
ReplyDeleteIf you want to Mentor, you are required to take their classes to learn the process style of teaching that they use. It has some wonderful ladies and an interesting process. You can find out more by clicking on the link on my blog. Thank you for asking.
Your work is lovely and Stitch Map sounds like a great place to visit and learn.
